I've tried coaching before and it didn't last.

Most programs don't account for your actual life. This starts with your schedule, social commitments and the way you eat, then builds around all of it.

I like to eat out. Is that a problem?

Social meals are built into the week from the start. Your weekends and dinners out are already accounted for.

Do I have to eat "clean"?

Not completely. I prioritise 80-90% nutrient dense whole foods with some wiggle room for "soul food". I don't expect rigid compliance to perfectly tracking every gram, just food tracked and accounted for so we know what changes/swaps to make to stay consistent and make progress.

How much time does training take?

Typically just 3 to 4 sessions a week, 45 to 60 minutes each. Only what you need, no extra.

Is paying for coaching worth it?

Add up what you've spent on gym memberships, apps, PTs and programs that didn't last. One weekly price gets you everything in one place with someone paying attention. Most clients save money on food too.

Can't I just use an app or ChatGPT?

AI trackers aren't accurate. MyFitnessPal logs your food but is terrible at knowing when to make changes, it's not a coach. ChatGPT won't check in with you or actually keep you accountable. Coaching works because someone who knows you is actually working with you.

What if I've never trained before?

Your plan is built for where you're at. I walk you through everything and we build your competence over time. You'l actually see faster results the less experienced you are or if you're returning to the gym after time off.
